24hr shifts -- multiple shifts in a row per trip
Light clinical load -- approx. 3 deliveries per 24hr shift
Newborn nursery with 4 - 6 ADC; Level 2 NICU up to 7 beds
Solo in-house coverage
New Level 2 NICU opening
Deliveries required -- attends all deliveries and C-sections
May flex to cover a Level 3 NICU
1 - 2 trips per month; 3 - 7 shifts per trip
