Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay Range: $24.00 - $30.00+ per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM until finish (must be available to work weekends)

What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Overhaul and install new equipment
• Rebuild and fabricate parts as needed
• Perform facility maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience working in a high-speed industrial environment
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and follow manufacturer specifications and schematics
