• 2 weekends per month -- Friday 7 am - Monday 7 am (72-hour shifts)
• 24-hour call includes 2 hours patient contact time
• 15 - 20 office visits per day
• Average 700 births per year
• Patient population -- majority young adult, low pediatric cases
• Full scope OB/GYN procedures required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
