Full job description
The work:
The role combines traditional project scheduling with Power Platform–driven automation and data‑rich reporting to keep projects on track, audit‑ready, and aligned to contractual milestones. You will build, maintain, and baseline complex project schedules; track status, identify schedule risks, and provide actionable reporting to project leadership. Manage the full deliverable lifecycle—milestones, reviews, approvals, submissions—and ensure compliance with program requirements and deadlines. Streamline PMO operations (planning, documentation, governance) and coordinate activities across multiple teams to maintain alignment with priorities and contracts.
Here's what you need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project with a track record of creating and managing detailed schedules across complex efforts.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Query for project reporting, forecasting, and audit‑supporting metrics.
- Power Platform automation skills (Power Apps, SharePoint, flows) to build tools/workflows that streamline PMO and equipment‑tracking processes.
- Deliverable and risk management expertise within large federal programs, including documenting requirements and meeting contractual milestones.
- Strong cross‑functional coordination and communication capabilities to partner with project leaders, client stakeholders, and operations teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting defense or federal contracts with large budgets and complex compliance needs.
- Background in quality assurance and process improvement (e.g., contributions to CMMI maturity achievements).
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft MCSA BI Reporting certifications.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
