Physical Therapist

South Pacific Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, one-on-one rehabilitation in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. In this clinician-centered, collaborative environment, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life for adult and geriatric residents. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team, document thoroughly in EMR, educate patients and families, and participate in outcome-focused programs.
