Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse to lead care delivery in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, supervise LVNs and CNAs, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for senior residents. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, wound care, care planning, documentation, and coordination with physicians and families.
