RN Cardiothoracic

UCHealth is seeking an experienced RN Cardiothoracic to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll provide specialized nursing care to cardiothoracic surgery and cardiac patients across the continuum, including pre-op, intra-op support, and post-op recovery. Responsibilities include patient assessment, monitoring hemodynamics, administering medications, managing chest tubes and drains, coordinating care with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, ensuring accurate documentation, and upholding UCHealth’s standards for safety, quality, and compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
