<p><b>Volt</b> is immediately hiring for a <b>Direct Hire, Hybrid Schedule,</b> <b>Senior Manufacturing Cost Accountant</b> in <b>Taylor, TX. </b></p> <p>As a <b>Sr. Manufacturing Cost Accountant</b>, you will: </p> <ul> <li>Lead product costing and inventory valuation activities.</li> <li>Analyze manufacturing costs and investigate cost variances.</li> <li>Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve profitability and cost visibility.</li> <li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.</li> <li>Assist with physical inventory and cycle count programs.</li> <li>Develop reporting and provide financial insights to plant leadership.</li> <li>Support ERP system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>This is a <b>full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a hybrid schedule. </b></p> <p>The ideal candidate will have:</p> <p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.</li> <li>4+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience.</li> <li>Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost analysis.</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills.</li> <li>Experience working with ERP systems.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> </ul> <p><b>Preferred Skills & Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.</li> <li>Background supporting continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Experience in a mid-sized manufacturing environment.</li> </ul> <p><b>Pay Rate: $75,000 - $105,000 annually. </b></p> <p>Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW</b> for immediate consideration!
