Registered Nurse

Laconia Rehabilitation Center, part of Genesis HealthCare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will provide clinical assessments, treatments, and medication administration, develop and update individualized care plans, and coordinate post-acute and long-term care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. This role emphasizes safety, quality outcomes, and compassionate communication with residents and families while supporting CNAs and participating in ongoing training and professional development.
