We're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals to join our team as a Fabrication Operator and help us deliver high-quality products while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing or industrial experience who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working as part of a team.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate machinery and production equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with specifications.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with resolving routine production issues.

  • Complete material handling, equipment setup, and basic maintenance activities.

  • Maintain accurate production records and report concerns to supervisors.

  • Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

  • Participate in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist with training and onboarding new team members when needed.

  • Work collaboratively with coworkers to meet production goals and schedules.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred.

  • Ability to safely operate machinery and production equipment.
