- Case mix: general, neuro, complex vascular, complex orthopedic
- CRNA supervision required ‐‐ up to 3 CRNAs, max 4 at once
- Level 1 trauma experience required ‐‐ min 2 yrs post‐residency
- Spinal, epidural, regional, and ultrasound‐guided block placement
