Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Charge RN for our Inpatient Heart Failure unit on the night shift. In this leadership role, you will coordinate daily unit operations, oversee bedside nurses, and ensure safe, evidence-based care for complex heart failure patients. Responsibilities include staffing assignments, patient flow, escalation of clinical concerns, and collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
