FOX Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this clinician-owned practice, you’ll deliver comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life for older adults. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document outcomes.
