Full job description

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.


Program Assistant – Adult Day

Russian Speaking

📍 Location: Rainbow of Rockville Adult Day Health Center
🏢 Address: 11215 Woodglen Dr, Rockville, MD 20852
💰 Wage: $18.00/hour
🕐 Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

  • Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
  • 2 Sundays/month: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

No evenings. No on-call shifts!

Join our Adult Day Health Program as a Program Assistant, providing care, activities, and support to individuals in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

⚠️ Before you apply, please be sure you meet the following qualifications:

  • Fluent in Russian
  • Able to play a musical instrument
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year supporting seniors or adults with medical/rehabilitative needs
  • Knowledge of vital signs, weights, and ADLs
  • Able to pass background checks, physical exam, and TB screening
  • Compassionate, dependable, and a strong communicator
