Make Ready Technician

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists
• Record unit turn requirements in Onesite/Facilities
• Meet quality standards for unit readiness and inventory
• Perform drywall repairs, full and touch-up painting, and basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Replace or repair windows, screens, doors, shelves, baseboards, lights, and more
• Assist with painting and exterior repairs
• Make new keys and manage lock changes
• Help with trash-out and moving bulky items
• Report supply needs to management
• Participate in on-call rotation

• Experience with apartment maintenance or Maintenance/Repair role
• Basic skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repair
• Strong attention to detail and reliability plus
• The ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs.
