RN Inpatient Surgical Services

Marshfield Clinic – Marshfield Children’s seeks an RN for Inpatient Surgical Services. This role provides evidence-based, family-centered care to pediatric surgical patients from pre-op through post-op and recovery. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, monitoring status, managing post-surgical pain, and educating patients and families. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative, patient-first culture that values compassion, integrity, and continuous improvement.
