Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Pulmonary Med Surg Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with pulmonary and complex medical conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, ventilator and airway management support, patient and family education, and coordination of interdisciplinary care. The RN will use advanced technology and clinical protocols, support quality and safety initiatives, precept newer staff, and contribute to continuous improvement in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on excellent outcomes.
