UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong UX and visual design skills with an innovative approach to solving complex user and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on user and business requirements.
• Apply strong visual design principles to create consistent, engaging, and scalable interfaces.
• Design meaningful micro-interactions that improve usability and overall user experience.
• Develop innovative design solutions that address complex user needs.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
• Present design concepts and effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UX design experience.
• Strong experience designing UX for web and mobile applications.
• Strong visual design skills and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience creating micro-interactions and interactive experiences.
• Innovative and creative approach to UX and product design.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional UX design experience.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on large-scale digital products.
