Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience managing the full product lifecycle.
- Strong experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog prioritization.
- Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) .
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
- Experience delivering customer-facing products with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics, KPIs, SQL, or analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, UX, Security, Legal, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Business Identity Management.
- Knowledge of PII Data Management, Master Data Management (MDM), and Identity Governance.
- Background in security, privacy, or compliance-focused products.
- Experience improving operational processes through automation and self-service capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals.
- Lead the development and enhancement of identity management and customer authentication solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Security, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric products.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, business objectives, and data insights.
- Monitor product performance, define KPIs, and leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage operational issues, production escalations, and implement long-term product enhancements.
- Balance new feature development, platform improvements, and operational excellence.
- Ensure products meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive product innovation and deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
