Position: Dental Assistant

Location: O’Fallon, Missouri

Days/Hours: Monday 8:30am-5:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 7:30am–2:30pm (Rotating Schedule 4 days per week)

What we are looking for:

- Experienced Dental Assistant with 1+ years of experience in assisting in 4-handed dentistry as a chairside assistant.

- Comprehensive dental knowledge and ability to effectively communicate dental terminology with patients.

- Willing to go above & beyond and assist our patients in accordance with the training you receive to ensure patients receive the best possible service!

- Experience with digital x-rays & Dentrix Ascend Software (a plus!) Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including fillings, crowns root canals and oral surgery.

• Prepare and maintain clinical areas, ensuring a clean and organized workspace. • Take dental X-rays.

• Provide excellent chairside assistance and patient care.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions. • Manage sterilization and infection control protocols.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

• Support the team with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
