You will:

• Work internet leads, phone leads, and auto showroom traffic
• Set appointments and drive customers into the dealership
• Guide customers through the full auto buying process
• Demonstrate vehicles and build value in the Lincoln brand
• Follow up to close deals and generate repeat business
• Stay active and organized in the CRM
• Hit and exceed monthly sales goals

We are looking for:

• Energetic and motivated to succeed with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Automotive sales experience preferred, bilingual is a plus
• Strong closing and follow-up skills
• Confident and professional with a competitive mindset
• Able to work in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable with CRM, texting, and digital communication
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
