- Mon - Fri with evening and weekend rotation
- Open to 5 8's or 4 10's -- 8 am - 5 pm or 8 am - 6 pm
- Saturday hours: 8 am - 1 pm
- Patient volume: 2 - 4 per hour; walk-ins accepted and expected
- All-ages practice -- pediatrics through geriatrics, excluding infants
- Skills: wellness exams, chronic care, women's health, IUDs, ADHD
- Hospital privileges required
- New graduate PAs considered; 1+ year experience preferred for NPs
