  • Preventative Safety: Conduct safety inspections to identify potential mechanical issues before they turn into road delays or safety hazards.

  • Shop & System Operations: Utilize diagnostic software, maintain clean work areas, document work orders accurately, manage parts inventory, and follow lock-out/tag-out safety protocols.

  • Continuous Improvement: Work alongside a skilled team to solve tough mechanical puzzles, keep shop efficiency high, and assist with training new shop team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in diesel engine repair and commercial fleet/truck maintenance.

  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics, air brakes, electrical systems, and computer literacy to use shop software systems.

  • Tools of the Trade: Ownership of basic mechanic hand tools (specialty tools provided in-shop).

  • Physical Capability: Ability to frequently lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs and work actively in a bustling repair shop environment.

  • CDL Advantage: A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus for test-driving fleet vehicles!

  • Competitive Pay & Full Benefits: Great hourly wages, health, dental, and vision packages, paid time off, and 401(k) options.
