Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Charge RN for our Midtown MedSurg unit, night shift. In this role, you will lead bedside nurses and techs, oversee patient flow, and ensure safe, evidence-based care for diverse adult populations. The Charge RN supports staffing, admissions, discharges, and escalations while mentoring team members and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary partners.
