Cone Health seeks a Rapid Response RN for our ICU team to deliver expert, time-sensitive care to clinically deteriorating patients across the hospital. In this role, you’ll perform advanced assessments, lead code and rapid response activations, and stabilize high-acuity patients in collaboration with ICU, ED, and hospitalist teams. You’ll manage complex equipment and therapies, support staff education on early warning signs and critical care standards, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a collaborative, patient-first environment.
