• 3 weeks standard schedule, 1 week pager call only -- no daytime work during call week
• Mon - Fri, 7 am - 3 pm/5 pm with overnight call Mon - Thu, 7 pm - 7 am
• Runs 4 ORs
• Bread and butter cases -- OB, orthopedics, regional, acute pain, preop screening
• No hearts or heads
• Rare trauma cases possible
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
