Saint Louis University and SSM Health SLUCare Physician Group are seeking a General Gastroenterologist to join a collaborative and growing program in St. Louis, Missouri. This hybrid position blends community-based clinical practice with opportunities to participate in academic medicine, including optional teaching and education.
The role is well-suited for physicians interested in high-quality patient care while contributing to the academic mission of a respected university-based program.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general gastroenterology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across SSM Health and Saint Louis University
Participate in teaching and educational activities, as desired
Support quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
Eligible for medical licensure in Missouri
Open to fellowship graduates and experienced physicians
