Full Time Physiatrist Needed

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based, geriatric-focused care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. In this full-time, field-based role, you will evaluate and treat functional mobility, balance, strength, and safety, using proactive, evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document care using EMR tools.
