Pharmacy Technician Location: Plano, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $19.00-$21.00 per hour Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM-4:00 PM Contract ROLE IMPACT Support timely and accurate medication fulfillment for patients by assisting with prescription processing, inventory management, and dispensing activities in a high-volume Central Fill pharmacy. Success in this role is measured by accuracy, efficiency, adherence to pharmacy regulations, and a commitment to patient safety and quality care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the preparation and fulfillment of patient medication orders under the supervision of pharmacy leadership. Support medication dispensing activities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and patient safety standards. Monitor and manage medication inventory to help ensure product availability and workflow efficiency. Maintain organized workstations and move between production areas as operational needs require. Follow established pharmacy procedures and compliance standards to support timely patient treatment. LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician License required. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced pharmacy environment with minimal supervision.
