We are seeking a

Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician

to join our thriving outpatient practice in Modesto , California —a charming community with easy access to major metro areas.

Opportunity Highlights

$320,000 guaranteed salary

for a

4-day work week
$50,000 sign-on bonus
$40,000 annual retention bonus for up to 5 years

(total $200,000)
Option to receive up front if desired
100% outpatient position – NO call required
