Job Description:
Summary
Responsible for leading, managing, transforming, and developing the inventory and logistics of pharmaceutical, medical and office supplies within the organization. Provides oversight of inventory housed within CHC clinics and corporate office. Replenishes supplies as indicated. Requests items from warehouse and other vendors as needed.

Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED. Supply Chain Management experience preferred. Pharmacy Technician experience a plus.
Experience: Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Other: Must have a high degree of organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and communication skills both written and verbal.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepares essential data for RFX (Request for Proposal, Information, Quotation, etc.) Stocks, replenishes, and maintains inventory of clinical storage areas (including nurse servers) office and other departmental supplies as instructed. Completes Purchase Orders. Provides shipping and receiving oversight for clinic locations. Tracks progress of Purchase Order fulfillment Forecasts necessary purchase of materials. Input and cross-checking pricing of supplies in various inventory management systems. Completes usage report of materials. Assists with special projects as assigned.
Functions as a team member by expanding his/her responsibilities as directed by management to facilitate optimal workflow within the cancer center.
