Schedule: 7 am - 5 pm shifts; 24-hour beeper call on weekends
Ideal commitment: 1 - 2 weeks per month with weekend availability
5 - 8 patients per shift
80% structural cases, 20% pump cases -- 80% solo cases
General anesthesia coverage required when no cardiac cases available
Open heart, thoracic, complex vascular, and neurosurgical cases required
Central line and arterial line placement required
Ongoing assignment -- potential for extended long-term coverage
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
