RN Case Manager Occupational Health

MedStar Health seeks an RN Case Manager Occupational Health to coordinate care for employees across our regional health system. In this role, you will assess work-related injuries and illnesses, develop individualized care and return-to-work plans, and collaborate with providers, leaders, and Employee Health to promote safe, timely recovery. You will provide clinical triage, employee education, and regulatory-compliant documentation while supporting safety, wellness, and prevention initiatives in a mission-driven, patient-first culture with robust training and career growth.
