Non-Operated Assets

Job Description:

Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a high-impact individual to run our Non-Operated Assets across the Midland and Delaware Basins. This role will oversee our non-operated portfolio, evaluate partner activity and investment decisions, manage capital and production visibility, and identify opportunities to maximize portfolio value. The ideal candidate is someone who is commercially minded, analytical, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a high volume of activity and decisions.

General Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Company’s non-operated asset portfolio and partner activity.
• Work across Reservoir Engineering, Land, Geoscience, Finance, and Accounting to evaluate opportunities and make recommendations.
• Maintain visibility into operator development plans, capital requirements, production, and upcoming activity.
• Manage non-operated capital forecasting and monitor actual activity against expectations.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve the value of the portfolio.
• Provide clear recommendations and updates to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of upstream oil and gas experience.
• Strong understanding of upstream economics and investment decisions.
• Familiarity with AFEs, JOAs, working interests, and non-operated assets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Permian Basin experience preferred.
