Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2450 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 6 months of travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Cerner is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: - 2+ years current Registered Respiratory Therapy experience. - Must be able to work independently with invasive/non-invasive ventilation, various PAP modalities, hi-flow O2, draw ABGs, airway management including assisting with intubations, and perform PFTs. - Must be willing to learn new skills such as home sleep testing and Pulmonary Rehab.

Special Requests: - Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need. - Schedule accommodation requests will not be considered for this need. - Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. - RTO requests after upload, during interview, or after offer will not be approved and may lead to a rescinded offer. - No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted; less is better.

Unit Details: - Patient population: pediatric to geriatric. - Sets up and operates respiratory care equipment used in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and illness.

Shift & Scheduling: - Friday/Saturday/Sunday schedule. - No call. - Travelers may not take all holidays off. Must work two holiday blocks if scheduled/needed: Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after; Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after; New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day and weekend after.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
