Searching for a reliable babysitter for two young girls

We're looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic part-time nanny/sitter to help our family. Our biggest need is weekday mornings 7-9 AM, helping get the girls up, dressed, fed, and moving for the day, and then getting them to preschool and daycare. Depending on the morning, there may also be a need to help with a dog walk. We'd love to find someone who is interested in picking up some additional hours, which could include: occasional weekday evenings (5:30-7 PM) to help with pickup and the transition home, weekend help, and date-night babysitting. The ideal person is dependable, upbeat, and comfortable with young children. No car needed, but comfort around dogs is a must.
