Master Automotive Technician | Up to $140K+ | Uncapped Flat Rate

BMR NAPA Auto Care

Location: Roseville, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Optional Saturdays
Pay Rate: $40–$45/hour Flat Rate
Earning Potential: Up to $140,000+ annually
Typical Flagged Hours: 100+ hours per two-week pay period

About BMR NAPA Auto Care

BMR NAPA Auto Care is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join its team in Roseville, CA.

You'll diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles, with European makes representing approximately 15% of the shop's vehicle mix. The role includes advanced diagnostics, major engine and transmission work, and complex mechanical repairs.

The shop provides experienced technicians with dedicated work bays, modern equipment, steady workflow, and a high level of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
  • Perform major engine and transmission repairs
  • Troubleshoot complex concerns across multiple makes and models
  • Complete accurate, efficient repairs independently
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship
  • Support the shop team as needed

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional automotive technician experience
  • Strong automotive diagnostic and repair skills
  • Experience performing major engine and transmission repairs
  • Ability to independently diagnose and complete complex repairs
  • ASE Certifications are a plus but not required
