St. David's Medical Center seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation in patients’ homes. Working under the supervision of a licensed PT, you will follow individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and patient/family education.
