Adult Residential Support Professional - 2nd Shift

Affinity Residential Treatment Facility | Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan

Are you passionate about helping others build brighter futures? Join our team at Affinity , an 18-bed residential treatment facility supporting women on their journey to overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery.

As an Adult Residential Support Professional , you'll provide encouragement, guidance, and positive role modeling while helping residents develop the skills needed for lasting sobriety and independence.

Schedule

Full-Time

  • 2-3 weekday shifts (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • Every other weekend required

What You'll Do

  • Support and monitor residents in a safe, respectful environment
  • Build positive relationships and provide encouragement toward recovery goals
  • Assist with medication monitoring/administration as trained
  • Respond appropriately to crises and emergency situations
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
  • Help residents develop daily living and coping skills
  • Assist with transportation, meal preparation, shopping, and other program activities as needed
  • Collaborate with counselors and treatment team members to support resident success

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in human services, behavioral health, recovery support, or related fields preferred
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and maintain professional boundaries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
