Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute community. The LPN will provide bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident status, and accurately document in the EHR while supporting person-centered care plans.
