Full job description
Encompass Health in Lakeland, FL is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for adults recovering from stroke, brain injury, and other complex conditions. In this inpatient rehabilitation setting, you will manage a caseload, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapy for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders, and educate patients and families. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in the EMR, support discharge planning, and participate in ongoing education, specialty training, and quality-improvement initiatives.
