Remedy Intelligent Staffing has opportunities for full-time General Laborer for Temp-to-Hire positions with a manufacturing company in Caledonia, MN . If you want to be part of a team that offers advancement and long-term stability, apply with us now!


Shift: Mon-Thursday: 6:00 am to 4:30pm- 4 Day work week!


Pay: $18-$20/hour based on experience


Job Duties of the General Laborer:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain the TIG Brush system following job requirements and safety protocols.
  • Operate and monitor passivation tanks and related equipment per standard procedures.
  • Remove discoloration, heat tint, oxides, and contaminants
  • Mix and test chemical solutions
  • Inspect welds and parts before and after treatment for cleanliness, finish quality, and conformance to specifications
