Automotive Technician | $75K–$100K Potential | No Weekends

Family-Owned Independent Automotive Repair Shop

Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Rate: B-Level: $25–$35/hour | C-Level: $20–$25/hour
Pay Type: Guaranteed Hourly Base + Flat-Rate Performance Pay
Earning Potential: $75,000–$100,000 annually

About Family-Owned Independent Automotive Repair Shop

Family-Owned Independent Automotive Repair Shop is seeking a B-Level or C-Level Automotive Technician in Miami, FL. B-Level Technicians earn $25–$35 per hour, while C-Level Technicians earn $20–$25 per hour, with stated earning potential of $75,000–$100,000 annually.

The shop services Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Technicians can also benefit from ongoing training, ASE certification reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
  • Perform automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Complete engine, suspension, steering, brake, and A/C repairs
  • Perform vehicle maintenance and inspections
  • Service and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
  • Complete assigned repairs independently with a focus on efficiency and quality
  • Work with the team to maintain an efficient repair workflow

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience diagnosing electrical and drivability concerns
  • Ability to complete assigned repairs independently
  • Own professional automotive tools
  • ASE Certifications preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • B-Level pay: $25–$35 per hour
  • C-Level pay: $20–$25 per hour
