Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, function, and quality of life.
