Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2290 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Dysrhythmia competency required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Swallow screen preferred. Neuro experience preferred.

Unit Details: Assignment is on the 8 Rose floor. Patient population is adult. Common diagnoses and care needs include CVA, TIA, inability to ambulate, seizures, common urinary and respiratory conditions, and rare cardiac conditions. Equipment includes Mindray vital sign machines, GE EKG, and cardiac monitors.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend schedule: 2 of 4 weekends per schedule, or 4 of the 8 weekend shift days. Straight weekends are available if preferred by the candidate. Holiday availability is required as determined during phone screening.

Floating Requirements: Floating may be required if needed, but is rare.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required
