Technical Experience
You bring deep expertise in one area and the ability to influence across others:
- Backend systems (distributed systems, APIs, cloud architecture).
- Mobile platforms (Flutter/Dart, iOS, Android).
- Web platforms (React, Node.js, scalable web architecture).
- System design across complex, multi-platform environments.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
- 9+ years of related work experience.
- Previous experience as a Staff Engineer or equivalent level.
- Track record of leading large, cross-team technical initiatives.
- Ability to influence technical direction beyond a single team or domain.
