Full job description
We’re hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients. Your skills will support pediatric through early-adult patients in an outpatient clinic as part of an interdisciplinary therapy team. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Kentucky State License is required to start the position.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience providing pediatric occupational therapy services. Experience treating early-adult patients is a plus.
- Experience working in an outpatient or community clinic setting preferred.
- Comfort providing primarily 1:1 care. Ability to support occasional group therapy is beneficial.
- Experience with or willingness to learn Fusion EMR.
- Demonstrated ability to work on interdisciplinary teams and manage varied child behaviors ethically and professionally.

Schedule and Setting
- Outpatient clinic setting with pediatric focus; services support behavioral health and ABA-based programming.
- Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Flexible scheduling available due to urgent need, including options for 3x12, 4- or 5-day schedules. Flexibility may change after staffing stabilizes.
- Clinics supporting this role include locations in Leitchfield, Owensboro, Vine Grove, and Mount Washington, KY.
Caseload and Team
- Primarily 1:1 therapy sessions. Some group therapy occurs at the clinic.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with speech-language pathologists, behavioral health staff, and ABA teams.
- Client population includes children through early adults. Approximately 50% Medicaid payer mix.
