On-call weeknights 5 pm - 7 am; 24-hour call on weekends and holidays
Call ratio: 3:6 with 50 - 75% callback rate
Approx. 10 patients per shift
Inpatient hospital setting -- rounding, consults, and procedures
Inpatient cardiology, ICU, and STEMI patient populations
Invasive diagnostic cardiology, echo, TEE, and nuclear cardiology required
ACLS and BLS certifications required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
