Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk

Schedule: Full-time | No Weekends

We're looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk team member who is passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience while helping grow our practice.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, patient-facing position that plays a key role in the success of our practice. You'll be responsible for guiding patients through their treatment plans, maximizing case acceptance, managing the schedule, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming front office experience. You'll work closely with our doctors, clinical team, and leadership to improve patient flow, communication, and overall office performance.
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended care
- Increase treatment acceptance through clear communication and follow-up
- Coordinate patient scheduling to maximize doctor and hygiene productivity
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage appointment confirmations and recalls
- Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
- Coordinate billing, patient payments, and financial arrangements
- Deliver a warm, professional front desk experience throughout every patient visit
- Collaborate with doctors and the clinical team to improve patient flow and office efficiency
- Assist with community outreach and social media initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Dental Front Desk, or Dental Receptionist
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance verification
- Experience discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Experience with Oryx dental software is a plus
