Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly Operator - 3-Month Contract
Loveland, CO
$19.50/Hour
1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Manpower is currently seeking a PCB Assembly Operator for a 3-month contract opportunity with a manufacturing company in Loveland, CO. This role is focused on the assembly and production of printed circuit boards and electronic components in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What will you be doing?
- Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components according to work instructions and production schedules
- Perform hand soldering and other electronic assembly tasks
- Complete secondary processing operations on PCB assemblies
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Identify and remove defective materials or components
- Complete quality, traceability, and production documentation
- Maintain production boards and visual management tools
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and care
- Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
- Participate in team meetings and daily production planning
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Cross-train in other production areas as needed
What do you bring?
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or electronics production experience is a plus, but not required
- Hand soldering experience is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen
